We soldiered through the rain to give the hungry sweaty men some love infused food- all vegetarian I must add and we made sure the plates were piled high with more than a vege burger.
The pitch and the tents with all the monogramed TBR flag and the dj booth made the place look like a mini one day festival despite the rain there were definitely good vibes and the crowd seemed to enjoy coming together rather than in the usual the bar and clubs.
They didn’t have any women playing which was sooo boring so I’ve posted a picture of goalkeeper Hope Solo in the expectation that next time we will be allowed on the pitch. I knew of a few ladies who were itching to play including myself, apologies to the guy hi had his drink knocked out of his hand by a ball kicked by myself.. oops.
Congratulation NTS won! Femi was very pleased with himself, the boys picked up their 5 foot trophy and showered everyone with their 1/2 champagne.
